Adventures with Authority (Sermon, Oct. 1, 2017)

Hello Friends!

This week, Jesus talked about authority, who has it, and why.  Also, we hear another great parable about 2 brothers.  Authority/power is a complicated topic, especially these days.  How do we get power?  The better question is, how do we use it?

    Wow …. that was really informative. It helps a great deal to bring us back to a point in time where the ordinary hearer understood clearly what Our Lord was saying rather than to be the modern man of knowledge who denigrates anything unscientific as cryptic nonsense. “Placement” …. I hope to remember that. Lord knows Father Rick is forever reminding me of things. Thanx Again.
